Who is this course for?

This course is for anyone who is new to self development and coaching and is feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or unsure about their direction in life. Whether you're at a crossroads, questioning your purpose, or simply craving more meaning, this course will help you reconnect with what truly matters to you.

Who is this course NOT suitable for?

We believe that we are all experts on ourselves, and it is very important to note that this course is NOT therapy nor is it a replacement for therapy, so if you have unresolved traumas or a mental health diagnosis or, you believe that you may need more individualised support, please seek advice from suitably qualified professionals.

Do I need to have a specific goal or problem to benefit from this course?

Not at all. You don’t need to have it all figured out. In fact, this course is designed to help you explore what you want, even if you’re not sure yet. It’s a space for reflection, discovery, and clarity.

How long does the course take to complete?

The course is self-paced, so you can move through it in your own time. To get the most out of the course, you can expect it to take at least 3 - 4 hours in total including the activities. Most people prefer to complete it over a couple of weeks, as you are encouraged to take the time you need to immerse yourself in the activities, absorb and reflect.

Who is delivering this course and is it based on any particular philosophy or psychological approach?

The course is being delivered by Cath Kerr. She is a HCPC registered Chartered Counselling Psychologist. She has decades of experience working with hundreds of individuals. The course draws from a blend of coaching principles, positive psychology, and personal development practices. It’s grounded in self-awareness, compassion, and practical tools for change.

What kind of results can I expect?

You can expect greater clarity about what you want (and don’t want), a deeper understanding of what’s been holding you back, and hopefully a renewed sense of purpose and possibility.

That’s exactly where this course begins. You’ll be guided through questions and exercises that help you uncover your values, desires, and inner compass—even if it feels foggy right now.
